Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Estimation Engineer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining the electrical needs of projects, creating blueprints, estimating costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the electrical needs of projects.
• Draw outline and blueprints for electrical systems.
• Place utility, workstation, and other fixtures according to specifications.
• Understand and interpret blueprints.
• Review plans to estimate the length of electrical wire needed.
• Identify cost and time constraints.
• Determine supply cost for each element.
• Estimate labor requirements.
• Coordinate with team members.
• Maintain electrical cost database.
• Perform profitability calculations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify project risks.
• Explain cost of wastage materials.
• Complete project bids.
• Adhere to electrical rules and regulations.

Requirements: Electrical and Estimation Engineer Job in Qatar

• 5+ years of experience in electrical and switchgears.
• Preferably UPDA Certified Engineer.
• Knowledge of the Qatari market and customer preferences is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually.
• Ability to check multiple data sources.
