Sales Engineer (Steel Structures) – Job in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Company Overview:

Alrajhi for Building and Construction, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in Steel Structures to join their on-site team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
2. Independently verify works produced by another design team objectively.
3. Manage sizeable multi-discipline projects, ensuring coordination of designs across different disciplines.
4. Act in an advisory capacity to senior management on engineering matters.
5. Develop and review structural schemes, including alternatives comparisons, and prepare concept design reports.

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate:

1. Ideally, possess 5 years’ experience in structural steel designs with a techno-commercial background or demonstrated experience in steel sales to the construction industry.
2. Prior experience in closing deals for high-rise buildings is essential.
3. Proficiency in designing and optimizing structural elements in steel, including converting columns and beams from concrete or built-up sections to steel sections.
4. Ability to present and defend designs to clients and obtain approvals.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.
